If you’re over 40, one of the
ways you can be as vital and sexy as ever is by taking a look at your wardrobe
and updating it along with your beauty habits and hairstyle.
Many women cling to the look they were most
comfortable with as a young adult. In their late teen’s and early 20’s, they
worked hard to measure up to the style of the day. Once they got there, it was
easy for them to forget that the world was moving along, changing as it went.

It may be time to refresh your look! Check your pants and shirts and skirts and

Whether it concerns clothes or hair, don’t hang on to something just because it
worked for you in the past. For example, maybe emerald green used to bring out
the highlights in your hair, but now only bright blue will do it. Turn a
critical eye on who you are now and focus on your assets. Then set about
displaying them to best advantage.
Instead of picking colors from color charts, try a garment on, or hold it up
near your face. You’ll know right away which colors enhance your look and which
ones you should stay away from. As long as you wear the right colors on top, you
can get away with wearing just about any color of pants or skirt.
